Why Stock-Back instead of a discount?

A discount is the same every time. Stock-Back grows as you buy more regularly and pay earlier, and you choose the free stock.

Can I get my Stock-Back in cash?

No. It's always paid as stock, which keeps cash safe on the trucks and your shelves full.

How do I reach Gold?

Order every week, and load your FoodNet SA account before you order: on the FoodNet SA App, by card on WhatsApp, on our card reader on the truck, or by EFT or ATM deposit.

I buy through a bakery or anchor shop. Do I still earn?

Yes. You register with FoodNet SA under your own shop, and every rand you pay counts, whether it goes through your anchor or direct.

What if I miss a month?

Your wallet stays for 120 days after your last paid order. Your level drops back one step, and your streak count restarts.

Can my Stock-Back be cut?

No. What your statement shows is what you get. If rates ever change, it applies to future months only, and you'll be told in advance.

Can I get credit?

No. Stock-Back is for paid orders only. Having the money in your FoodNet SA account before you order is what gets you to Gold.

Stock-Back is earned on paid orders only and paid out as stock, never cash. Minimum R1,000 paid purchases in the month to earn. Unused Stock-Back expires 120 days after your last paid order.
